Imagine an event hosted by your company, organised with precision by Alegria Dance Co, where your executives, team leaders, valuable team members and esteemed guests escape into dance and entertainment.
Hosted at a Reception Venue of your choice (or we can help find the perfect fit for you), your top executives or selected team members learn to dance a routine with our professional dance teachers, and perform it to your guests at the event. Each performance has a panel of peers to comment/score their dance just like on DWTS (the TV show), a panel selected by you. This side of it is all about fun and laughter, not serious at all, making this a truly unique experience. It's the perfect way to enrich your companies culture with a night they'll remember.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The Preparation:
- 1 - 2 hour DWTS Event planning meeting
- Each exec/selected performer will be assigned a professional dance teacher to start learning their performance (2 - 3 months prep is perfect, but intense training can be done in 1 month)
- 20 private dance lessons per performer
- Costume hire for performer and professional
- Performance music cut/edited
- Selection of live band (if chosen)
- Tuition journey can be documented if you'd like a pre-performance video aired
- Dedicated event organiser for all details to be planned with precision including: Run sheet, guest list inc dietary requirements, seating plan and more.
The Event:
- Alegria Dance Co team for setup and pack up
- Canapés, entree, main, dessert, drinks inc for all guests (plus any extras you want to add)
- Dance teachers perform with your executives as per the run sheet
- MC + DJ
- Videography (Both tripod and Go Pro)
- Professional Photographer
- Hire equipment (drapery, sound and lighting)
- Costumes, props, hair and makeup for the performers
- Examiners scoring cards
- Social dancing - including public dances taught by our great team 🤎
Post Event Media:
- All photos and videos from the night supplied by secure link, including pre-performance videos if included
- Edited video reel of the event highlights
